Terms of Service

Before you start using the service provided by us you should read our Terms and Conditions (T&C) in conjunction with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Service Level Agreement. Whilst we do not want to burden our customers with large legal documents, we would hate to have to defend ourselves in court for failing to do something we had never promised to do in the first place.

Terms & Conditions

MailWizz365 offers its services on a best effort basis, meaning we strive to maintain a continuous high quality service. No customer is locked-in to use us but we do expect notice, as set out in the current Terms & Conditions document. If you are unhappy with the way we operate and wish to change to another provider we will certainly not obstruct your move.

We want to be a successful business, so we take all prudent steps to make our services resilient against failures but there are still many things outside of our control that can go wrong for us to be able to offer any 100% guarantees. In recent years, many large email companies such as Gmail and Hotmail have suffered service outages of more than twelve hours.

We do not access your data unless required to do so as part of operating our services and we will not disclose to any third party anything our access to your data reveals about your business activities.

We will fully cooperative the relevant UK authorities investigating criminal activity. Your data cannot be accessed by other customers that use of services.

Please note that you store your data on our servers at your own risk. Losing customer data is the thing we try our hardest not to do but if some disaster happens that defeats all our safeguards then we are not liable for any losses to your company that this may cause. Any monetary compensation from us to you is limited to the amount that you've already paid to us for the current month.
